厦华电子公司创立于1985年12月19日，1995年2月“厦华电子”A股在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，股票代码600870，系中国最大的彩电出口企业之一。           
    2006年8月，台湾中华映管股份有限公司战略投资厦华持股27％为第一大股东，国有股份占18.31％为第二大股东，其余为社会公众股，这是大陆国企与台湾上市公司先行先试携手合作的第一例。近年来，逆市发展、持续盈利中的厦华电子为海峡两岸产业合作树立了典范。
    长期以来，厦华实行主营业务聚焦战略，专注于“朝阳产业”彩电业的做专、做强、做大。作为国家级“创新型企业”和国家重点高新技术企业，厦华现拥有1个国家级技术中心、1个博士后科研工作站、1个通过CNAS认可的国家级电子产品检测中心，能同步自主开发全球各主要制式和标准的数字电视并实现产业化，是中国数字高清电视等数十部国家、行业标准的主要起草制订者。目前，厦华突破技术与质量壁垒，行销服务网络遍及美国、日本、澳洲、欧洲、南非、南美洲、东南亚、中东以及中国台湾、香港等世界五大洲119个国家和地区。如今，厦华电子已不再是单纯的出口型企业，其“走出去”战略已升级进入以产品为先导，自有品牌、技术、管理、制造、服务、知识产权、法律、风险管控以及社会责任履行等多方位输出的高层次国际化经营阶段。

Stable supplying chain
With 4000 skilled employees and state-of-the-art equipments, as well as 220 million square feet factory area, the output of all products is nearly 5 million units per year. CPT ,the biggest shareholder of Xoceco, is the one of five global biggest LCD panel suppliers. Xoceco also keeps good relationship and cooperation with other parts suppliers, such as AUO, CMO,Zoran,Morning star，Realtek，Renesas and Pixelworks.
